PA Agent Attacked By RO
A Lancaster man faces charges after allegedly attacking a man repossessing his car.
Lester St. Valle, 43, of the 300 block of Weaver Road, was charged with simple assault and unlawful restraint after an incident Aug. 9.
According to police, the victim was a 42-year-old man who was “attempting to lawfully repossess St. Valle’s 2012 Toyota Camry.”
The car was already on a lift when St. Valle and his wife came out of their home and confronted him. Police said the woman climbed into the Toyota and sat in the car while St. Valle climbed “into the tow truck and began throwing the victim’s things out onto the ground.”
He threw out the keys to the truck, police said, and ripped the victim’s t-shirt “to shreds.” He then held the man down and forced him to lower the Toyota back down from the truck.
Charges were filed before District Judge Joshua Keller.
