Mansfield, Ohio – A 49-year-old man Monday was held at gunpoint by an officer when he refused to take his hand out of his pocket and lie on the ground. The man was at a business to get his vehicle back which had been repossessed. Nothing was found in his pocket. He was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing official business and taken to jail.
The man was cussing and screaming at the employee after the employee asked the man for his driver’s license. The officer asked the man for his driver’s license and the man said he didn’t have to give the officer any information.
