YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Police said shots were fired Thursday morning after someone tried to repossess a car at a South Side home.
The man trying to repossess the car on Plum Street was not injured, police said. The shooting, about 10 a.m., is still under investigation.
When police arrived, the people inside the house came outside, but none of them were holding a gun. Officers got a search warrant and inside they found several semiautomatic rifles, said Lt. Mohammad Awad of the Detective Bureau.
No one has been arrested, but an investigation is continuing.
