Agent Killer’s Sister Arrested And Charged With Murder As Well
The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) has made a second arrest in the case of a tow truck driver shot and killed on June 12 in Columbia.
Essence Jackson, sister of previously arrested suspect Raheem Jackson, was taken into custody without incident after a search warrant was executed at her home in the Capitol View neighborhood. She is charged with murder and booked at Alvin S Glenn Detention Center, becoming the second person accused in the shooting death of 46-year-old Steven Hughes, who was shot while repossessing a car on Fairmont Road.
