TAAR’s 2nd Annual Conference Brings Growth, Gains, and Record-Breaking Support to Nashville

Nashville, TN – September 22, 2025 –

The Tennessee Association of Accredited Repossessors (TAAR) successfully hosted its 2nd Annual Conference on September 20th in Nashville, drawing strong engagement, impactful education, and record-breaking contributions to the Recovery Agents Benefit Fund (RABF).

Engaging Speakers & Valuable Content

This year’s conference theme, “Growth and Gains: Tools for Tomorrow’s Success,” set the tone for a full day of education and collaboration. Attendees had the opportunity to hear from dynamic speakers who presented on a range of critical topics designed to strengthen, grow, and improve repossession agencies. Sessions included:

• How LPR influences human behavior, Alex Price

• SACADET, Ron Brown

• Health and finance in the industry, Victoria Terrazzino

• Invoicing 101, Darcy Case

• Recognizing threats in the field, Todd Case

• Tools, data, and software to better organize and operate agencies, Andy Sinclair and Wayne Ray

Ron Brown’s presentation on SACADET went a step further by offering attendees the chance to complete a course and walk away with a certificate of completion, adding immediate value to their professional development. In addition, Alex Price generously offered a class free of charge to all attendees the support TAAR continues to receive is unmatched from our industry partners.

The energy and participation throughout the day reflected a strong commitment by members and industry partners to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Giving Back: Record Fundraising for RABF

In addition to education, TAAR hosted a silent auction benefiting RABF. In just eight hours, attendees raised an incredible $14,354, split 50/50 between the association and RABF.

The fun continued with a lighthearted fundraising challenge. Jason Clark of Resolution Management Group (RMG) rallied attendees by organizing a “pool plunge,” sending John Kimbrell of Advanced Collateral Recovery and Justin Hammett of Snatch Masters into the hotel pool for charity. To add to the excitement, Lauren Kimbrell of Advanced Collateral Recovery generously matched proceeds, contributing an additional $500 each from both parties—and Lauren also ended up in the pool!

Outstanding Leadership from the MC

Special recognition goes to Jason Clark of Resolution Management Group, who served as the conference’s Master of Ceremonies. Jason’s ability to balance structure with humor kept the event on track and engaging from start to finish. A long-time supporter of TAAR, Jason reinforced his dedication by announcing that Resolution Management Group would sponsor new memberships for anyone who joined TAAR during the event. As a result, the association proudly welcomed two new voting members and several out-of-state members.

Added Value for Attendees

Snaps and Giggles Photography partnered with TAAR to provide free professional headshots, aligning perfectly with the conference’s “growth and gains” theme by helping attendees promote their professional brand.

The day concluded with a lively Closing Party sponsored by Resolution Management Group at Nashville’s popular Game Terminal. This offsite celebration offered a chance for attendees to relax, network, and enjoy time together in a fun, casual setting.
