Location Services Acquires Premier Houston

Location Services announces the acquisition of Premier Adjusters,
Inc., and pending agreements to acquire TCAR and RepoRoute
Folsom, CA (November 13, 2018) – Location Services, LLC, is excited to announce the acquisition of the
business operations of Premier Adjusters Inc., a long-standing repossession leader servicing the state of
Texas, and agreements in principle (subject to certain conditions) to acquire the business operations of
TCAR, a best-in-class repossession agency servicing the northeast United States, as well as RepoRoute, a
premier data analytics and mapping software company that is based in El Dorado Hills, CA. As the firstto-market
national direct and vertically integrated provider of loss mitigation outsource solutions for the
financial services industry, these acquisitions once consummated will further establish Location Services
as the unrivaled single-source provider that brings to its clients an unprecedented depth and breadth of
financial services leadership expertise, deep analytical and software capabilities, consistent process and
compliance rigor, all delivered through a vertically integrated national ownership structure.
The services provided by Locations Services include auto refinancing, license plate digital technology,
skip locate, repossession, account servicing (title services, product cancellations, keys, transportation and
more), and remarketing. This one-stop, direct service offering is a first-of-its-kind for the industry.

Location Services will be at Used Car Week and will host two 30-minute meet and greet sessions on

session is from 10:45 am to 11:15 am, with the second session taking place from 11:45 am to 12:15 pm.
Lee McCarty will introduce the Location Services senior leadership team and will provide a high-level
