Ohio RO Arrested For Producing Shotgun During Repo

A 35-year-old Westlake man is facing menacing and weapons under disability charges after police say he threatened another man with a shotgun April 14.

Westlake police were dispatched around 11:35 a.m. to a house on Hidden Acres for a report that a repossession company’s employee was threatened with the shotgun by the owner of a vehicle he was attempting to retrieve, according to a news release from the Police Department.

Officers contacted the suspect, and he surrendered to police.

A pair of shotguns was located in the house and taken as evidence, the release said.
