3 Arrested For Repo Altercation In Georgia
WARNER ROBINS, Ga. (WGXA) — Three people, including a 14-year-old, were arrested for striking a car repossession operator and an altercation with Warner Robins Police officers.
On Tuesday at 8:35 p.m. officers responded to a customer dispute at Starbucks on 2726 Watson Blvd.
Warner Robins Police say witnesses inside the Starbucks saw a car repossession (repo) operator attempting to negotiate with the driver of a vehicle with an active repo order.
The driver, identified as 34-year-old Raven Graham, reversed her vehicle and drove forward, striking the repo operator and throwing him over the hood.
Officers on the scene attempted to take Graham into custody when a physical altercation started.
Jacob Graham,18, and a 14-year-old girl, who were inside the vehicle, then joined the altercation leading to a struggle with officers.
Warner Robins police say all three were eventually detained and face charges of aggravated assault, three counts of felony obstruction and battery of a police officer.
