Agent w/4 Month Old In Truck Shot At In Maine
A Cape Elizabeth man allegedly shot at a repo man’s tow truck on Wednesday.
Roger Dickinson, 61, has been charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and attempted elevated aggravated assault, according to the Cape Elizabeth Police Department.
Dickinson allegedly fired at least one shot at the tow truck while the man attempted to repossess a vehicle at Dickinson’s home.
There was a woman and a 4-month-old child inside the truck during the shooting.
Police surrounded the home, and after an hour, Dickinson surrendered, Cape Elizabeth police said Thursday morning.
He was taken to the Cumberland County Jail in Portland. Dickinson was scheduled to be arraigned Friday.
