Murdered Agent’s Family Drops Civil Lawsuit
The family of the tow truck driver murdered in Huntsville in 2023 has dropped the civil lawsuit against the man convicted of the murder.
Warren Siao was found guilty of the murder of Jayson Click, the co-owner of ACE Towing, LLC back in May. Click was shot to death at Siao’s home in the 200 block of Wedgewood Terrace Road in Harvest on Dec. 13, 2023.
The wrongful death lawsuit, filed by Click’s wife, Ann Click, accused Siao of “negligently, recklessly, and/or wantonly shot an automatic firearm in the general direction of Jayson Click.”
No reason was given for the disposal of the suit.
Siao faces life in prison without the possibility of parole. His sentencing hearing is set for July 16 at 11:00 a.m.
