Auto repossession services company lays off 148
Nashville-based Primeritus Financial Services Inc. has laid off 148 employees.
Located near Nashville International Airport at 435 Metroplex Drive, the company offers services related to auto repossession, skip tracing and remarketing. According to a Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development document, the Primeritus employees were not represented by a collective bargaining agreement. The layoffs are termed “temporary” in the document.
The Post was unable to determine the number of employees remaining in the office.
Primeritus was founded in January 2012 and has an office in El Dorado Hills, California, according to its website.
