URR Phone Outage Update
Last night/this morning, United experienced a Network Services Provider Outage due to inclement weather and has been working to restore consistent connectivity. While systems have been restored, we are experiencing periods of downtime, specifically with our phone system. We are working to redirect our LPR and Main lines to our Kansas City Office for representatives there to take calls, while also working to restore our main system at corporate headquarters. Our team is diligently working to restore these services to provide timely assistance and will keep you updated.
