Blotter – Texas Man Charged w/Aggravated Assault On Repossessor

A recent incident in Harris County has led to the arrest of an individual after a confrontation during the repossession of a vehicle. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to a call in the 3000 block of Cypress Island, which escalated to a weapons disturbance.

The situation unfolded as the repossession agent, commonly known as a repo man, was attempting to reclaim a vehicle due to payment delinquency. According to a social media post from the Constable’s office, the suspect was alleged to have pointed a firearm at the complainant during this process. This action ultimately led to the individual’s arrest on charges of aggravated assault.

Authorities took the suspect into custody without further incident. The identity of the suspect has not been released officially, pending further investigation and potential charges.
