Cop Denied Qualified Immunity In Repo Murder Case
DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – Morgan County Judge Charles Elliott denied immunity for a former Decatur police officer accused of murder.
The move means Mac Marquette will stand trial for the murder of Steve Perkins, who was killed during a botched repossession attempt in October of 2023.
