New Login Screen – You’ll use the same username and password you always use when logging into MBSi products.
IMPORTANT – “Remembered” passwords within internet browsers may not work, which means you may be required to physically enter your existing password upon login.
Set-up Your Profile – With the new login screen, you will be prompted to create a profile by selecting an image to be associated with your profile.

All users will use the same username and password to log into all MBSi applications. With this new screen, each user will have the ability to manage their own password.You must have a valid email address and mobile phone number associated with your user account to use this new feature. Administrators can verify and edit email addresses and mobile numbers using Recovery Connect Office. Just go to Administration > Users. If you don’t have Recovery Connect Office, you can download it here.

The login screen will look different for all MBSi applications

Email addresses and mobile phone numbers can be updated using RCO
Forgot your password?
No problem! You can reset it using your email address or mobile phone.

Use Password Reset feature only after first login is completed.
